The anticipation of getting wet is one of my favorite parts too. An amusement park I go to, there's a raft ride that goes under 4 waterfalls, but the waterfalls won't hit everyone on the raft at once, but those that do get soaked. It's always fun to see who gets wet and who might stay dry.
Another one I like is people playing a game like a water balloon toss or something, where people in their normal clothes don't know if they're going to get wet or not. Like this video, where one guy has a balloon pop right on his chest when he goes to catch it. youtube com/watch?v=0ayWw83QDdI
